REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Disclaimer

At Romartivity, each piece of resin jewellery is handmade with care and attention. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we follow a limited refund and replacement policy to ensure quality control while maintaining fairness and transparency.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  1. The product is damaged or broken in transit.

  2. The product received is incorrect (wrong size/design)

  3. The product has a manufacturing defect.
     

Note: Minor imperfections such as air bubbles, surface textures, or slight color variation are part of handmade resin art and do not qualify as defects.

Timeframe for Request

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Requests sent after 48 hours will not be accepted

  • Email us at [support@romartivity.com] with:
          Order ID
          Clear photos of the product and packaging
          Description of the issue

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Size/color preferences not previously discussed

  • Delay in delivery by India Post (unless the package is lost or damaged)

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be initiated via Razorpay to the original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.)

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

 

We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
